Dietary Analysis Assignment
In this assignment, the instructions were to use recommendations that were discussed in lectures to calculate the nutritional daily needs for two made up individuals, to determine the daily intake of micronutrients including calcium, iron, zinc, and fiber, to create a daily intake report using a one-day food diary, to evaluate one member to see if they were meeting the daily estimated needs of each nutrient, and to identify the items in the food diary that do not apply with a ovo-vegetarian diet and my recommendations on replacing certain foods to help meet the daily nutrient needs.
